Face painting events

  1. Deposit: A deposit request will be emailed to you upon booking. Your event date is considered secure only once the deposit is received. If the event is canceled by the client, the deposit is forfeited, except in cases of weather-related issues or illness.

  2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, upon arrival, payable via cash or check. For payments via PayPal or Venmo, a 3% service fee will apply.

  3. Hiring Other Artists: If you choose to hire a other artists, not booked through Facial Artistry, our insurance coverage becomes null and void. The client assumes full responsibility for any issues or injuries caused by the other face painter.

  4. Arrival Time: Your artist will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the event start to allow time for setup.

  5. Outdoor Events: For outdoor events, the client is required to provide shelter from the elements, unless the ‘Bring Your Trailer’ option ($75) is purchased.

  6. Setup Requirements: Please ensure the location for face painting has a barrier or wall to prevent guests from standing behind the artist’s chair, ensuring safety for the guest being painted.

  7. Provided Furniture: The client is responsible for providing one table and two chairs for the artist to work from.

  8. Event Location Details: When hosting events at public venues, please provide detailed information including the event address, parking location, and the designated entry point for the venue.

  9. Parking: Parking within 50 feet of the venue entrance is greatly appreciated.

  10. Post-Event Cleanup: After the event, your artist will clean their area and wipe down the provided table before departure.

  11. Guest Safety: For the safety of all involved, guests should maintain a 6-foot distance from the artist and the person receiving face paint.

  12. A Sweet Treat: A piece of cake (ready to go at the end of the event) will definitely bring a smile to your artist’s face! (We just want to see if you read all the way through.)

  1.  Deposit and Cancellation: A deposit request will be emailed to you upon booking. Your event date will be secured once the deposit is received. If the client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of weather-related issues or illness.

  2.  Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, upon arrival and can be paid via cash or check. Payments through PayPal or Venmo will incur a 3% service fee.

  3.  Arrival and Setup: Your performer will arrive 10-15 minutes before the event to set up.

  4. Special Requirements for Mrs. Clause: Mrs. Clause will require a chair to read a story and engage with the guests.

  5. Parking: Parking within 50 feet of the entrance is highly appreciated.

  6. Sweet Gesture: And lastly, a piece of cake, ready to go at the end of the event, will definitely bring a smile to your artist’s face! (Just checking if you read all the way to the end!)

Balloon Decore

Balloon Bouquets on a Stake

  • Payment: Payment is due prior to delivery, unless it is purchased as part of an upgrade to a face painting package in which case face painting payment terms apply.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery will be made late morning unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Placement: Balloons will be staked near the door or zip-tied to a railing when possible. If you prefer a specific location for the stake, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Weather Considerations: Balloons may pop or deflate when exposed to heat. This is a normal occurrence. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure your display looks fantastic, even if a few balloons pop.

Balloon Decorations

  • Payment: Payment is due prior to delivery, unless it is purchased as part of an upgrade to a face painting package in which case face painting payment terms apply.

  • Delivery, Setup, and Tear Down Fee: A fee of $45 will be added to the total for delivery, setup, and takedown of the balloon decorations.

  • Parking: Parking near the entrance is required for loading in all equipment.

  • On-Site Creation: Most designs will be created on-site.

  • Timing: Delivery, setup, and tear down times must be approved by the venue and communicated with the designer.

  • Order Time: Colors and designs can only be guaranteed if ordered 4 weeks in advance.

  • Tear Down: The artist will dismantle the display after the event by popping all balloons and collecting any provided hardware.

  • Guest Balloon Removal: Guests may remove and keep any balloons they wish. However, hardware such as stands and frames are the property of Facial Artistry and must be returned in the same condition.
