Face painting events

The request for deposit will be emailed to you when you book. Dates are secure when deposit is paid. If the client cancels an event, the deposit is forfeited unless the cancellation is due to weather or illness.

Balance is to be paid via cash or check on the day of the event. Client may pay the balance via PayPal or Venmo with a 3% service fee.

If the client chooses to hire another artist that is NOT booked through Facial Artistry, Facial Artistry's insurance is considered null and void and the client assumes ALL responsibilities for any issues/injuries caused by any face painter.

Your artist will arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to set up.

Client is to provide shelter from the elements for all outdoor events, unless you have purchased the 'Bring Your Trailer' option for $75.

Please provide a location that is against a wall or other barrier to prevent guest from standing behind the artist's chair. This is for the safety of the guests getting painted.

Client is to provide a table and 2 chairs for the artist to face paint from.

Clients should provide detailed information on the location of the event when using public venues. Details should include: address, parking location and which entry to use.

Parking within 50' of the entrance is greatly appreciated.

At the end of the event, your artist will clean their area and wipe down the table provided before leaving.

Guests should stay 6' away from the artist and the guest getting painted.

A piece of cake, ready to go at the end of the event will bring a smile to your artists face! (I just put this here to see if you read all the way down)

Mrs. Clause will need a chair to read a story from and talk with the guests.

Balloon Stakes

Delivery will be made late morning unless otherwise agreed upon.

Balloons will be staked near the door or zip tied to a railing when possible. If you want your stake in a special spot, please let us know 24 hours in advance.

Balloon can pop and deflate when it is hot outside. This is normal. We will do everything we can to make your display look amazing even if a few balloons pop.
